Refund Policy

At Friendly Furries, we aim to be fair and transparent with our cancellation and refund terms. By booking our services, you agree to the following:
 

Pet Sitting:

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and is non-refundable under all circumstances.

• Cancellations made within 21 days of the start date require full payment of the booking.

• If a booking is shortened after it has begun, the full original booking fee remains payable.
   

Dog Walking:

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled service: no charge.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service: 100% of the scheduled service fee will be charged.

• Changes to recurring weekly time slots require 7 days’ notice. Time slots are reserved and cannot be guaranteed if released.
   

Home Visits / Drop-ins:

• Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled visit: no charge.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled visit: 100% of the scheduled visit fee will be charged.
